How is Google Business View going to help my business?

The Virtual Tour will help your business by enhancing the business’s web profile on Google’s database, leading more local searchers to you’re your tour and also add this tour to your Google’s Map page. With millions of searches done daily, just by having your tour on these sites, you have a better chance to be found than your competitors.

How long does a tour take to photograph?

Typically it takes about an hour to complete a tour.  Other factors that will increase the time is the size of a business and if the business is photo ready. We ask that all of our clients clean and arrange their stores before the scheduled photo shoot. 

Which areas of my businesses will be photographed?

You can tell us exactly what you want to show off and what you do not want he public to see. Typically if it is an area in your store or business that customers, or clients see when they are in your business, we suggest making that a part of your tour. Unorganized offices, storage areas and bathrooms can be left off of this tour, without a hesitation. Our Photographer can discuss these specifics before or during the shoot.

What measures are in place to ensure privacy and legal compliance?

Our photographers will always alert customers and employees before a photo is taken, to uphold their privacy. Google’s protocol states that all faces must be blurred for the tour; with that in mind — the panoramic imagery will be processed by state-of-the-art blurring technology to blur out faces of any employees or customers who appear in the imagery.

What time of day should we schedule our Virtual Tour photo shoot?

We can schedule a photo shoot anytime we have a photographer not scheduled for a shoot. The best times are either before your store opens or after the business day. This way it doesn’t disturb your normal work day, Photographers don’t have to worry about blurring people’s faces or being in the way.

What do I need to do after the contract is signed and the photo shoot is scheduled?

Nothing! We take the panoramic photos, edit them together, and Google will automatically upload your tour to Google Search, Google+, and Google Maps.

Who owns the photos?

360 pov imagery retains the rights to all photography. a transfer of ownership can be established if the business purchase the rights. Once the business owner (or authorized representative) and Google Photographer have signed the agreement and payment has been received, the business will own the photos.

Can a business owner remove images from their business listing? 

Yes, business owners can ask us to remove any and all images taken by 360 pov imagery at anytime. To do so, they can click on the "Report a Problem" link on the specific image they wish to take down. The removal process may take several days.

How much does a Google Business View Tour Cost?

Your Google Business View virtual tour is hosted by Google, so there's no cost for it to be hosted. No monthly dues or cost per click. The photos will remain online until you require an update, or for whatever reason request its removal. The one time fee is for the photography only. Pricing depends on the size of your business, the amount of floors you have, and the amount of time we need to allocate to your business’s Virtual Tour.
